UGH UGH UGH UGH UGH
men are so god damn entitled to space. like obviously there’s manspreading and touching women unwarrented and physical shit but if you have ever been in a college classroom you know that men believe they are entitled to so much social space. it is always constantly men talking, men often not even bothering to raise their hands and instead just blurt out whatever trite pretentious shit they are thinking. i can be in the middle of a good point that i raised my head to share like a civilized person and some dude with shitty blonde hair and sunglasses on his head will interrupt me in the middle of a sentence and go “yeah that’s what i was gonna say, uh anyway” and finish my sentence and say literally nothing constructive. and i feel like women have subconsciously been trained to not speak up in these open forums, trained because men just talk and talk and talk and blurt and interrupt and are so smugly self-assured that of COURSE their voice is the most valuable, especially when a woman is speaking. most men do not listen when a woman is speaking. they are waiting for the woman to be finished.
ive never wanted to cry so much in my damn life i can't believe ppl in my class are GENUINELY bragging abt making fun of trans ppl online im gonna fucking die
