aight but for real talks I like to think that Ace is a fan of MIG and Flux because it's got that popping sound and it's so smooth to run and Koala, his best friend and firewatch buddy, loves TIG bc of how calming it sounds to her

Franky is a structural but he prefers Aluminum welding

oof and they talk smack about each other's welds (but they're so good and they're like the top ppl to go to that's how good they are) and sometimes Franky joins them too because they have fun with welder jokes and just having a good time welding with each other
