Also this might be a really dumb question but I'm just curious bc you and Maria talk to each other primarily in English on tumblr from what I can see. Do you guys speak English or Spanish when it's just you two hanging out/texting/whatever (sorry if this is stupid or offensive or anything I'm just curious)

Nono, it’s okay, I’m honestly having a lil bit of a hard time trying to think up how this could be offensive.

And it’s a mixture of both. We constantly jump back and forth between english and spanish, both on text and spoken conversation, because sometimes it’s easier to articulate in English and sometimes it is in Spanish, and being fluent in both languages, we find it easier just to use both,

What's ur view on religion (more specifically Christianity if you want to focus on one)

OOOH GOOD ONE. Okay here’s my deal with religion: I’m perfectly cool with it. I actually think it’s quite cool on a sense, that you have something to hang on to when all is shitty and that you believe in something greater than yourself. It can give people unity and purpose and modesty even. Religion gives hope and it provides people with guidance in pretty much the hardest thing we ever do: Life. HOWEVER. It is religious PEOPLE that piss me the fuck off. Not all of them. I know a few christian people that are absolutely wonderful human beings and they kick ass. I’ve come across a couple jews that are fucking rad, and one of my best friends is jew by birth (although the dude sucks at his own religion and even identifies as atheist). The true problem with religion is when people start imposing it on others and shoving it down their throat. As soon as religion stops being personal guidance and becomes a confrontational provocation, it starts to be fucked up and THAT’s what I fucking hate about religion. People who use it to justify their oppression of choice, like women’s rights, the option of abortion or euthanasia, abolition of gay marriage, THAT’s fucking fucked the fuck up. Religion is about self-guidance, not about restriction of liberties.
