Understanding Ugly laws makes you realize that it is just censorship. Just eradication from the public view of anything deemed too unsightly.
To understand Ugly laws is to understand that the statistics are really screwed up.

To understand ugly laws is to see how appealing it is to the common folk. To create the illusion that any ugly suffering that happens, only appears in like a dozen people.
