So here's more lore on Marceline!!!
So the vid I posted was the first thing she has been used for & fun fact: that was all just a dream version of herself. (AKA: like Omori but more cheerful and nice.)

She doesn't actually look like that or act like that.
Its just a coping strategy. Also her bio mom is dead, Marceline killed her in a panic by injecting her with a needle filled with a mix of drugs and Medication.
But how does this change the character?
Marceline as in IRL Marceline is non verbal, has trouble with her memory (Ex: if she went to the park w her bio father, she will remember it as going alone or not going at all), & has trouble socializing with anyone that isn't her current family.
Dream Marceline is kind, Talkative, remembers everything, and loves making new friends
So what this was for is to say she's going to be much more than a 'lacey game spin-off' instead she's going to have her own story and own life.
