Thor has passed away. [ WHY NOT ]
That— That was not possible. Thor was dead? Thor, the god of thunder. The god who possessed the power of the mjolnir, Who could kill anyone with a harsh blow. Who was practically invincible? ——Was dead?! Loki refused to believe such a lie, such a comment was almost to be laughed over because it was nearing impossible to kill him. He was all their life the stronger one of the two. Who could endure practically anything thrown in his way—whether wielding the mjolnir or not. He was more of a God that the Allfather himself. To hear he be dead—-Loki swallowed thickly as his chest began to ache. He raised his hand and clutched his armor over his heart, lips parting as he gave a quiet whimper. Thor…. His brother. “No.” He hissed, turning away as he hurried to all the spots he usually found his brother be—He was not there. Not even in his room. Not in the tavern drinking. Not looking down over the universe at the bifrost. He was nowhere to be found. Of course until he checked the last place—The room where all fallen warriors were taken to be dressed and laid down for their departure from Asgard to Valhalla. Sure enough there he was. Eyes closed as he laid in the bed of flowers with his mjolnir on his chest, his armor on—no one could have even thought he’d be dead. He looked as if he was sleeping. Tears welled up in the tricksters eyes as he ran to his brothers side. The other asgardians around in the room making sure to leave the two in peace. “Thor…." He began softly, blinking back the tears that fell anyways. “Brother….”
Before the sorrow hit him, he was first filled with rage. With hate, with—the feeling of being abandoned. He glared at him with such rage he was almost afraid he’d strike his fallen brother; “HOW COULD YOU BE SO SELFISH?! HOW COULD YOU JUST LEAVE ME HERE— WHY DID YOU DIE!? Y-YOU IDIOT. YOU’RE SUPPOSE TO BE STRONG! YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSE TO DIE." The last word came out as a broken sob, the trickster falling to his knees.
A hand gently took the blonde males larger one, holding it with both as he held it against his chest. “How could you do this….? How could you do this to mother, t-to Odin, t…” He broke off, looking away, “To me…” Swallowing back his sorrows he bit his lip, “This is all my fault… If only I had been there—I am the one who is suppose to die first, not you. You have so much to live for… What do I have other than rejection, hate—never to be accepted.” Tears continued to streak the gods cheeks as he rested his head on his brothers chest, eyes shutting tightly; “Y-You were the only one who ever accepted me… The one who— Who i looked up to, who I loved….” A sob escaped him, “Without you I’m less than nothing...”
