chapel/uhura is fun but honestly does feel a little like a token femslash ship to me, just bc of how much insane chemistry uhura and rand in comparison, even though their time together was so brief.
#i missed rand so much after s1 i wasn't expecting to like her as much as i did#but that ep where she's witty bffs with gentle gardener sulu absolutely Got me#and the lunches she has with uhura where they both look so Alive and like rejuvenated together#it was good stuff#uhurand#i think i might still have a chip on my shoulder about how the commanding officers react in charlie x & enemy within tbh
