See I don't get people who get annoyed with others who say they don't like summer, where they act fully offended to someone not liking summer and hot weather. For example, I'm not a fan of uk summer - I have poor temperature regulation so heatwaves are never fun, and the bugs are fucking awful and tbh I'm petrified of most of them. My mother says the exact same things as me but then proceeds to say she loves summer and it's her favourite season, like it's a rite of passage or something. So I ask her what she does actually like about it and then she's annoyed and says I'm a killjoy because hot weather is amazing (she says while sweating, holding a fan permanently up to her face, and putting on a fake smile like people are watching) and we should all be happy. Idk maybe I'm missing a crucial factor here (or maybe it's because I'm autistic?) but what's with the contradictions
