@ukitakesuggestions/ @jushirosuggestions/ @juushirousuggestions and @shunsuisuggestions happy “8/13″ day.
So. What do you actually think of Mayuri and Jushiro?
What do I actually think of them? Are you implying that my previous interactions with them have been somehow based on falsehoods?
Which… of course, they have been, in the past… so, I suppose I shall attempt to answer this properly.
@mayurisuggestions is a scientist. I respect a scientific mind. He possesses, without a doubt, a truly terrifying intellect. I find him to be a difficult person to interact with, however. His manner is very brusque and he seems to say whatever comes to his mind, which is… problematic. I never quite know what to do with otherwise smart-seeming people who think that a proper ending to a conversation is, “Shut up, fool.”
So, to be clear, I respect him, but I don’t LIKE him.
I will also admit that I harbor a deep resentment towards @mayurisuggestions because he has managed to somehow stay in the Gotei’s good graces despite doing so many of the things (with much more overtly questionable practices) that I’ve done--and yet he gets away with it and I don’t. Somehow the Gotei turns a blind eye when he wipes out entire villages in the Rukongai “for science” and to maintain the balance between the worlds, but when I do it, it’s all, “Aizen is so evil and creepy! Boo! Aizen, you’re so bad!”
Whatever.
@jushirosuggestions has always been a kind and generous captain. He’s a very reasonable Soul. I have intellectually enjoyed our interactions both at the present and in the past. He’s not quick to pass judgement, is a good listener, patient, etc.– though I do find his insistence that the answer to all of life’s problems is love and friendship to be GRATINGLY naive and… quite frankly, stupid.
Does that answer your question adequately?
…
Or… are you asking what I would think of Kurotsuchi and Ukitake as… a couple? Because, despite constant protests regarding it, I’m fairly certain that Ukitake is already spoken for...
