In Ultimaeus, players take turns trying to pass in-game laws that alter the rules of the game while working towards secret goals, blackmailing one another, buying one another out, and investigating your secret, and often illegal, holdings. Cheating is a big part of the game, and if they get caught, you hold an impromptu legislation session to decide as a group how to punish the cheater.
