Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 - Mode & Character Select
Console Fighting Games of 2004 - Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2
Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 is the second entry in the Ultimate Ninja series based on Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto manga and anime. Released on September 30, 2004 for PlayStation 2, the game features cel-shaded graphics and a variety of game modes that immerse players in the world of Naruto. Ultimate Road is the story mode, focusing on the events leading up to Tsunade becoming the Fifth Hokage. This mode allows players to explore different locations, such as the Village Hidden in the Leaves and Tanzaku Town, while engaging in battles with specific conditions to meet. Players can earn money and points to customize their characters’ stats, with a wide array of missions that increase in difficulty as the game progresses.
The game also includes VS. Duel, where players can face off against 32 different characters, including unlockable fighters, in one-on-one battles either against the CPU or another player. Players can use basic moves like substitution jutsu and special techniques unique to each character, with combat taking place in multi-layered arenas featuring destructible objects. Additionally, Iruka’s Training mode allows players to practice their moves, while Naruto’s House lets players view items purchased in Tanzaku Market, where they can buy figures, music, and more. Overall, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 offers a well-rounded experience for fans of the anime, featuring a mix of story-driven gameplay and competitive fighting action. #gaming #fightinggames #naruto

Ninjas and shit!!!
Well well well... it got good. In fact, it got pretty damn good!
No, really, this entire ending to the game is actually amazing. The story took the broken mess it is and produced a stellar ending. Still doesn't fix the rest of the flaws, but it's a fantastic ending to this questionable game!
So the Gedo Mark is powered by weed... or is Naruto's subconscious made of weed? Maybe Kurama was toking it up? Hell, I would too if I was trapped inside this kid with nothing better to do.
At least I know how Kishi writes stuff now.
Although Orochimaru is trying to outdo me in the bad joke department. Immediate destruction of the village... bruh, you couldn't destroy the village the first time. Think you'll have better luck the second time when everyone's ready for you?
Oh. Okay. Oh. OKAY. Let's just take the Third Hokage's legacy and everything he stood for and just shit all over it, for a gaming audience to enjoy!
Am I the only one who sees the problems with this!? Oh man, this filler is offensive on so many levels...
