Tea Corner
When I have my own place, I'm going to make a tea corner. I shall buy a pretty Victorian teapot with matching cups and saucers. I shall bake tea pastries and crochet a tea cozy. I shall have a bookshelf as part of my tea corner. Mmmm. Tea.
MacGyver Ultimate Problem Solver
So isang oras kong inaayos ang printer ko. Ayaw niya kasing ipasok ang papel--hanggang mga dalawang pulgada lang ng cocomban ang kaya niyang tanggapin.
Nangangailangan na ako ng printer dahil marami pa akong ipiprint na trans. May exam pa kasi kami sa Lunes. Pwede naman akong mag-aral gamit-gamit ang laptop pero base sa karanasan, hindi ako matagumpay kapag nag-aaral sa kompyuter. Masakit sa mata at mas malapit sa tukso. Sayang din ito sa kuryente dahil hindi naman kaya ng matandang laptop ko na mabuhay nang matagal nang hindi nakasaksak.
Bale ang bottomline lang naman, lahat ng inaaral ko dapat naka-hard copy. K. Maarte kasi ako.
Kaya naman noong nasira ang printer ko noong isang araw, bad trip ako. Hindi kasi ako makaaral ng trans. Marami-rami pa 'yun. Napilitan tuloy akong gawan ng paraan para umandar ulit ito nang maayos. Nagsaliksik ako sa internet sa kung paano mareresolbahan ang problema ko. Marami akong nakita at nakilalang mga nilalang na may kaparehong problema sa akin. Sa paghahanap ko ng solusyon ay nakita ko ang forum na ito: Pindutin mo kung gusto mo.
Ang sinasabi lang naman sa pahinang iyan ay simple lang: alugin mo lang nang alugin ang printer pabaliktad. Marami pala kasing nahuhulog at nabibihag sa printer.
Iyon nga ang ginawa ko.
Mga ilang minuto rin akong nag-alog ng computer. Naka-ilang test print na rin ako. Marami na ring papel ang nabiktima. Pero nahanap ko na ang suspect!
Dalawang barya ng isang piso. Nahulog na lang bigla habang nag-aalog-alog at nagpiprint ako.
Pagkatapos ng isang distornilyador, gawa-gawang fusion ng bolpen at cotton bud (panglinis sa mga hard-to-reach areas), maruruming mga kamay, dugo, pawis, at pag-aalog, nakapag-print na rin ako nang maayos. Hoorah, hoorah!
Makakatulog na ako ng may mga ngiti sa labi. Makakaaral na ulit ako! Wooo!

Back in 2010, Qwest (via McKinney) released Ultimate Problem Solver. I blogged about it because it was awesome. Now it's back with version 2.0. The last one was a new-age Mensa-ish test. Excited to see what this one's like. Check it out here.

I was surprised that I have like 4 new messages today and at first I was really happy..
Then again, when I saw what the questions were
errr I got a wee bit disappointed..
Seriously, people, why ASK for the ANSWERS? You can ask for hints and try thinking & answering the puzzles yourself.. I mean come on where's the challenge when you're just going to ask for the puzzle answers? To put it simply, why did you even take the challenge when you are simply going to ask for its answers..
