Hoverbug/Hoverblade Ultramorph Concept
Since Megamorphs were cool for like 25 seconds and then fell flat throughout the rest of the franchise, I have been working on a third form called Ultramorph. At this stage it’s just a bunch of redesigning and fun concepts while I figure out the pecking order between Base forms, Megas, Ultras (mine), Gaurdians, Alphas (mine), and Elementals. More on that later.
In reality, I’m just trying to wake up with the song playing animations in my head when I thought up this pose and tail add on. Hoverbug/blade tails are REALLY skinny and small, but have a weird 2-pronged fork thing at the end. I decided it was better as like a swallow’s tail or something. Then actually adding BLADES to the Hoverblade sounded like a great idea. That way they can fly over head and as they swoop down and then turn up their blades catch you just as they’re making their getaway.
To do the rest I would have to color, but my brain power is stuck here for today. :,) Probably because it’s tackling (I kid you not) 10+ Responsibilities and Projects all at once. Not fun stuff.
