You dont gotta read as TLDR: Working on comic + fic, other work is slow. things will be slower but more relaxed! With a heavier focus with higher quality stuff being on my kofi bc a man gotta make a bag

Hallo! I just wanted to bring a little more context to some things going on with me at the moment and how that will affect content moving forwards! Shocker! I am mentally ill! I have a very unhealthy relationship with work + hyperfixations that has lead me to be unemployed in my later teens as well as become generally worse as socialising. This caused me to (very general terms) be in my room for 6 years. I left for college when i was attending, but since covid I basically didn't leave. Which is bad btw!! Due to this isolation, I developed delusions linked with anxiety. On the good days I was super productive! I could fufill comissions in a day, draw enough content for a week, be social with my online groups. But the bad days are and were horrible, I barely get out of bed or take care of myself- let alone work. I am now, getting help. Some anxiety progams, some autism stuff to get me out of the house and being more normal. To make way for the changes and making sure i dont get really bad again, my content will be slower throughout the weeks with a much higher focus on my Comic , Comissions and requests. I will still do doodles and update my remus blog, but It will be slow! I will get better intrulogical nation! Love you!

ive been trying to get into drawing more full body stuff… and I absolutely LOVE your art.. I was wondering if you had any tips on drawing clothes? everytime I try it looks so wonky..

My biggest advice with anything coming to art, you gotta stop over thinking. Actual advice though. Sadly you gotta do anatomy studies and looking at clothed models to see how fabric lays. And also how shadows lay SORRY I KNOWWW. ALSO! 12 steps of animation help so much its insane. knowing how squash and stretch work helps with fabric some how. I do have a shit tutorial if you'd like that tho. Heres remus First. Basic pose. Remember that if clothing doesn't have wiring or isnt SUPER tight then it will flow down w/ gravity.

Second. Blocking/shaping, If fabric hits or is against something else it will scrunch and fold (So i usually draw it a little sharper and pointing strangely. I draw fabric stretching if the pose is exaggerated to give it some oomf

Third and final. Fucking shit. Keep lines straight or unbroken to show length (like how you see Remus's back arch vs his tummy. When fabric bunches it pokes out awkwardly.

I also draw lines where the fabric gets tighter or is pressed on. does this make sense. For ruffles or longer pieces the best way to draw them is to remember they are 3d, you are going to see the inside of the folds. Its like a cone?? it gets smaller near the top?? idk i dont know what im doing tbh

I don't intuitively get intrulogical, but I am very intrigued by the freak x nerd dynamic. please rant at me

I am going to try and make this AS well written as I can but I’m very stupid lol :3 English is my first language but I have bad dyslexia so! Apologies for any mistakes!!!

Background on shipping:

When I started watching sandersides (about 2018/19) I was a HUGE Analogical fan, I had a Wattpad account where I wrote bad fanfic and incorrect quotes about them. This is important because it links.

The reason I love Intrulogical is the same I loved Analogical. Because Logan is a flawed character and I believe the only people he can find ‘comfort’ are flawed characters who have accepted they have flaws. So very recently accepted Virgil hit home with that, someone who sees Logan as pillar of the light sides and know that he holds that title so close to chest and loves his family oh so much that when he begins slipping he can’t go to the other light-sides (at the time Patton + Roman) and can only feel some kind of wholeness with someone who has a more complicated relationship with dark/light.

And then Remus appeared and I. Just exploded. I love that creature so so much.

I fell out of love with Analogical (though they still hold a special part in my soul. I also want it known that I LOVE Virgil. Adore that freak) for two reasons.

- The fact that Virgil became more accepted and was turned basically into a light sides, which kinda ruined my very specific situation I liked about the ship + in learning new things about ourselves with the whole ‘no one wants to be a joke- but a life free of jokes is incomplete’ something in me got very sad, that Virgil would aid in the whole ‘Logan = Joke’ running bit.

- I always wanted Logan to be near someone/be loved by someone who was outlandish, a bit weird and dark so he could indulge his whole ‘decapitated head on a rollercoaster’ line of thinking and just, try to freak him out for him to be unfazed and Remus appeared so. Virgil got out freaked </3

- (Shhh don’t tell anyone but when Virgil got accepted and Flirting With Social Anxiety came out I absolutely fell in love with Prinxiety so so bad it ruined me I need them to kiss PLEAASSEE)

Character stuff:

So. Remus and Logan have only interacted (long conversations) in three videos (DwIT + WtIT + Wids) so what do I have to go on to be such a freak and dedicate a year of my life to them.

Because they agree on so much more than the others can ever understand. They are the only two sides to verbalise ‘there are no Dark and Light sides’ and really Truely mean it without any underlying issues or feelings.

They also! Both dgaf! If Remus wanted to depict a horrific scene of violence and debauchery, Logan wouldn’t care- understanding that Remus has no real danger or impact behind his fantasies, and that if he were to freak out like the others from Remus’s outburst it would harm Thomas, so best be neutral around him.

If Logan mentioned an inhumane experiment that was conducted 20 years ago, Remus would not shy away, wouldn’t think Logan was weird to strange. He’d laugh, make a joke about not knowing Logan was into that kinda stuff and probably ask if Logan wanted to do it to him!

Unlike the others, Logan doesn’t regard Remus with disdain or attempt to silence him through pleasantries. If Logan has an issue with Remus, his ass would bring it up! If Remus had an issue! He’d threaten to skin Logan! It works out!

My very specific appeal that I get literally only for this ship:

I have a VERY specific taste in my ships that is two people, who bicker or play-fight with each other, have some kind of bigger issue that have to tackle so they can’t get together as well as (many know) secret relationship.

Usually due to some power imbalance, needing time to make sure the relationship is actually stable before sharing or just wanting to keep it to just each other, to be soft in private.

Intrulogical HITS these, Logan is a light side so his fraternisation with a Dark side would be questioned and interrogated, they are similar in ideology but or very contrasting in personality- Logan can be volatile and stubborn, Remus is… Remus so wanting to make sure it’s stable enough to last more than a week is NEEDED.

And then,, not wanting their relationship (platonic or not) to be scrutinised and Logan knowing he might not survive the distrust when the light sides find out- it’s better if they hide it, text eachother instead, write messages, share looks during group meetings, sneaking into eachothers room to sleep or work just,,, oughhghhh

Additional:

I love love LOVE them doing experiments with and on eachother and dissecting eachother. That’s how they go on dates.

ALSO!!! Remus wants Logan to lose his shit and be orange and everything. I love that. He wants Logan to freak the fuck out.

I know if Logan ever had a breakdown and Remus found him, he would NOT comfort that man, he would make him much worse and let him feel all the horrible emotions and shit.

what other things in sasi do you ship beyond intrulogical? im interested and curious :DD

I am a (vague) Multishipper! As in, do ship a LOT of the sides together and am pretty neutral on everyship (except remrom bc i have a brain)!! BUT intrulogical takes up the majority of my brain. I think about them so often and if I dont think about them I get sad. I am leaning towards Moceit these days bc the worms (my mutuals) have been burrowing (asking really nicely and showing me how cute they are) into my brain.

I didn’t actually intend for the cloud thing but! I am definitely taking that. It’s been stolen. That’s going into the design. I think I would have had more time to make his design a littttllee less basic but all my brain power is focused on making sure his sash stays on correct side. So much focus

Im also so so happy with everyone’s love for the comic it makes my poor heart beat once again,, it’s a little strange writing as the other characters as I only really have experience with Intrulogical and Virgil :’)
