As a fan of Mikeburnfire's channel?
While I have not yet seen them play the Bounter Hunters 3 mod, I do get what you are saying regarding your complaints for the double standards of the mod regarding both Ulysses and Marko.
It is worth noting that the mod maker's personal biases may also shape the mod itself.
But say what you want about that mod, it is NOTHING compared to the one mod worse than Fallout Frontier...
The War Trash Mod....
Fallout Frontier at least had humor and enjoyment and fun things to do.
War Trash was basically a middle finger to everything in fallout.
it is absolutely the mod maker's personal bias: it's very publicly known that Someguy fucking HATES Ulysses as a character. which i can understand- he's a very polarizing character for how much he was hyped up and while some are neutral on him it's pretty clear that Someguy very much puts his personal bias about Ulysses in his mods
which to me is eye rolling but otherwise ignorable, except that for how much he derides Ulysses for being edgy and uninspiring the guy that he hyped up in literally every single one of this mods was infinitely more pretentious and edgy than Ulysses
i have not heard of War Trash (i watched Four Decent Friends play Frontier) but i might go check that out
