fingers trembled ❛neath the material of his shirt, fear twisting at her very core there was a feeling of fleeting safety as warm wrapped around her smaller frame, against her shoulders in that of a PROTECTIVE manner. Pointed ears caught sound of a whizzing sound, a car driving past with speeds far too dangerous for the roads, sirens soon followed - everyone around had gotten out of the way from the chasing cars, all accept she that couldn't see. ❝ thank-thank you. ❞ (sHRUGS???)
He’d little time to waste being the part of a shining prince, rescuing a damsel in distress. He’d acted without thinking, his mind upon a meeting soon with someone who he looked up to very much. Someone who he’d want to make happy. He hadn’t counted on seeing a girl seemingly afraid of her own shadow.
He’d simply pull her out of the way of oncoming traffic, only to feel trembling fingers twist underneath the fabric of his jacket, the touch nearly causing Yashiro to shove the other back into the street in discomfort. He refrained only out of the good nature he had within him. He’s nobody who would intentionally harm another.
When they were across the street, Yashiro would disentangle himself from the other, nodding silently at the stranger’s thanks. When the other didn’t respond other than that, he’d take notice of the stranger’s apparent lack of sight.
“Don’t thank me. You can show your gratitude by not getting into foolish situations again. Clinging onto a stranger will hardly do you any favors. Especially those...not fond of contact with strangers.”
He’d pause. He’d not intended to come across as rude, but he was always blunt with his words.
“You should find someone who can help you if you’re lost.”
