1. Qinter: Tui has said the two did have feelings for each other and that one of the possible outcomes of the love triangle with Moon was Qibli and Winter getting together.

2. Sunlow: They canonically are together.

3. Lynxfall: Although Tui has said there was chemistry between both Sky and Lynx on Snowfall's end, she says it's more likely Lynx gets with Snowfall instead of Sky.

4. Umberry: They're canonically together.

5. Foxflake: Tui confirmed a long time ago that the two are in love even if it's not exactly stated in their winglet.

6. Anemarin: Anemone is mentioned by Kinkajou to have a crush on Tamarin in Darkness of Dragons.

Wings of Fire actually doesn’t have that much good LGBTQ+ representation when you think about it?

There are like over 400 characters and only 11 of them are confirmed to be queer, 6 of those are only confirmed outside the series. Those characters?

Anemone - WLW character who has a crush on a random side character that she only has one interaction with.

Burnet - WLW character who is actually a good mother besides the fact that she didn’t even make an effort to protect her kids from a literal slavery leader.

Qibli - Bi/pan/omni character who was hinted at outside of the books to have possibly had a crush on a male dragon, but anyone could just say they’re close friends and not be proven wrong. Plus he’s in a straight relationship.

Silverspot - WLW character who ignores her kids and, like her wife, just allows them to be taken away by their dictator.

Snowflake - WLW character who was confirmed outside the books to be in a relationship with a female dragon.

Snowfox - Same as Snowflake.

Sundew - WLW character who has a girlfriend in the books this time. However, is kind of an “angry lesbian” stereotype. This may be a little bit of a stretch

Umber - Gay character who was hinted at having a crush on a minor.

Willow - Has a girlfriend and a thing with frogs. Which. You know.

Winter - Bi/pan/omni character who was hinted at having a crush on a male dragon but didn’t really.

So, I honestly hope that Winterwatcher becomes canon. Qibli is my favorite of the new dragonets, but I just feel that Winter needs Moon more. Besides, Qibli has a perfectly adorable, gay MudWing crushing on him.

Or Winter/Moon/Qibli could actually become a thing. Come on, Tui! Make the first canon OT3 in a children’s book!
