Oh dip, Umbrella Entertainment just announced that they're working on a 4k and UNCUT restoration of Blood of Heroes / The Salute of the Juggler, the post apocalyptic sports flick written and directed by David Webb Peoples, the writer of Blade Runner and Unforgiven. Underrated flick that so far has only been available in a DVD where the picture looks like it's been dipped in napalm and a crappy upscale blu. Umbrella's an Australian outfit but their discs are generally region free, so I'll be grabbing this when it comes out. And Berserk fans will want to check this out if they haven't, since it's another 80's movie that inspired Kentaro Miura, as you can see in his manga Japan w/ Buronson and some early parts of Berserk's Golden Age arc.

Finally got my 'Art Attack' Terrifier 4K box set today, I love it. The HDR on the 4K's makes the movies look even better. I love the way HDR makes the colours stand out a lot more, it's so good to look at. It's nice to have these movies in the best quality. The post cards, Christmas glasses, brick set, stickers and the behind the scenes book look really cool. The Terrifier 2 and Terrifier 3 4K's came with nice posters too. You get a Terrifier 3 VHS tape too. This was well worth the money.

I was bored a few days ago and tried to replicate the Grendel Grendel Grendel art style, as that movie has become very close to my heart. It’s the only Grendel adaptation in existence and it’s a whimsical movie that deserves a lot of love.

I didn’t replicate the background, that was a little too hard.
