The lyrics had been mostly written out for the new song, and it was now time to show them to Maki so the two of them could work together to develop the more final version of it. Though Umi was still very much getting the hang of writing lyrics, with each song she had gained more knowledge and was becoming much better at it. And it showed with how each song seemed to only get better with the hard work from her, Maki, and the other girls too.
Standing in front of the door to the music room, the second year made her way inside to see the redhead sitting at her usual spot at the piano. Their meeting spots usually consisted of here, the club room, or one of their houses. Today the music room was the perfect spot.
“Ah, sorry to keep you waiting, Maki... I needed to gather my things and help Honoka with some work she left piling up again.”
She would have to really scold Honoka later for making her run late.
