What A Word
To me school has bigger meaning than what people usually think. It's not only a unit of buildings where learners meet teachers but any atmosphere which support learning as well. I'm trained to think big and wide from different point of view in regards of taking values of things around me. My ears and eyes need to be always opened for possibilities. School is Sekolah in Bahasa Indonesia and it's Madrasah in Arabic. Saying those words in different languages, the pop up meanings of the words in my brain becoming diverse. Isn't it interesting when we have creative meaningful stuffs in doing such things? Why is it important to put in different languages? And why should it be in Arabic? In my country Indonesia people speak many languages. Our national language is Indonesia. We learn English as foreign language. As we are mostly practice Islam as religion, we learn Arabic to read Holy Quran. Therfore it's common for people that they are speaking more than one languages to communicate among the citizens. And Arabic is one of them.
