Complete List of Outer PLanes (rough Draft)
First we have the primary 9 Planes, the biggest deals
The Seven Heavens of Celestial is the Realm of Lawful Good, ruled over by the Archons, a realm of paradise, personal responsibility and the vanguard against the forces of evil. Souls here are given paradise but encouraged to improve themselves.
Elysium is the Neutral Good Plane, ruled by the Aasimons, a realm of joy, understanding, and focusing upon helping the helpless. Souls here are encouraged to make relationships and learn from each other, slowly becoming more and more interconnected.
Aborea is the Chaotic Good realm, ruled by the Azata, who focus on joy and pleasure, and fight to undermine evil social institutions and governments. The souls here live in a state of artistic brevity and are encouraged to find themselves by challenging themselves.
Mechanus is the Lawful Neutral Plane ruled by the mathematical Modrons, a realm of rules and stability. The souls here live lives of learning and understanding, and work to ensure that the multiverse stays structured and consistent.
The Outlands is the True Neutral Realm of the Aeons, who work to ensure that the natural world continues to function as it always has, and keep magic alive. The natives here dwell in contentment, able to pursue their own interests and desires without interference from the rest of the world, or travel freely to the other planes.
The Maelstrom is ruled by the ancient Proteans, a realm of wildly creativity and individuality, this realm is made up of paradoxes, stagnation and renewal. The souls here dwell in a state of constant mental exploration while the natives work to ensure that the world lose its soul in its drive towards order.
The Nine Hells of Baator are the Lawful Evil home of Devils, a realm of feudal privilege and hypocritical law. The souls here are tormented until they are transformed into Devils, all in service of a horrific institution that doesn’t seem to have any master, not even the Lord of the Nine.
Abaddon is the Neutral Evil home of the Daemons, soulless corporate beings of profit at any cost, lacking even the superficial motives of their other evil counterparts. Souls here are traded as property for the massive business conglomerates as part of the Soul Trade, where long term thinking is replaced by short term profit.
And finally the Chaotic Evil realm of the Abyss, home of the Demons and the oldest of all the realms. Here both souls and natives live in a constant state of hunting and being hunted, victims of a cruel and uncaring nature that would watch unmoved if they all wiped each other out.
Between each of these realms dwell the transitive planes, 10 realms that connect the other realms entirely. They are divided into the “Unifying Realms” where all three forms of each AL come together as one, and the “Pure Realms” where the AL is seen in its truest form. To address the former first.
The general planes have a sort of adventuring party world feel to them
The Radiant Throne is the Realm of Any good, and it is here that the Great Angels dwell, wandering between the good planes coordinating them and trying to keep the forces of evil at bay via a strong defense. The souls here are always in a state of responsibility, to better understand and help each other.
Gehenna is the realm of Any Evil, ruled by the vile Yugoloths, whose utter lack of regard for anything but self interest hides their true motives of trying to understand the nature of evil philosophically. The souls and Yugoloths can be found in this realm as mercenaries, gamblers, unholy scientists, and amoral philosophers.
The Rilmani dwell in the Concordant Opposition, the realm of any Neutral, who strive to keep all of these forces in perfect balance, none able to wield too much power over theirs. Nobody likes them. The plane is two massive citis divided by a river one being a massive economic planar center with a Seol/LA/Modern Bejing/Modern Shanghai/Sinapore/Tokyo feel, and the other being a Paris/Old Bejing/Istanbul/Constantinope/Baghdad/Vienna/Moscow/St. Petersburg feel to it. The plane is a major rival to Sigil representing the artistic and economic capital of the multiverse, but its lack off portals and neutrality bias has kept it from fully surpassing the City of Doors. The city also feels like Budapest
Limbo, the Realm of Any Chaos, is the home of the Slaadi, who focus less on the physical aspect of chaos and instead on the free creatively that can be found in this primordial soup. The souls here are constantly moving between extreme creativity and total stagnation.

Finally the Unaligned Planes, these are planes that were once major realms of Aligniment, but due to the Great Fall have long since ceased to be the major powers. Intead they dwell in a strange inbetween world, both Conceputal and Objective, with no home of their own. The natives here are not made by the Souls of the Dead, but instead by thoughts of Mortals, so Evil thoughts led to more evil beings etc.
In the Center of this Realm is the Pure Unaligned Realm, the Happy Hunting Grounds, a realm of nature as nature intended.
