I HATE IT SO MUCH HOW SHIPPERS (mainly h/hr and d/h) MAKE HERMIONE'S CHARACTER PERFECT AND COMPETELY OUT OF CHARACTER. they take away all of the traits that make people relate to her in the first place and only keep the smart part. And these fics tend to demonize ron + the weasleys and while mrs weasley can be frustrating with how she treats other women (that's a whole other rant) they are HARRY'S SURROGATE FAMILY. Ugh

This one is held dear to me for the way it reminds me so heavily of Miss. I absolutely love shapeshifting headcanons when they’re taken all fun and cheery like this. Or, at least, fun and cheery until you so hurtfully wrote out that last sentence. Nonetheless, I still adore this very much.
