“I used to spend a good deal of time down here as a child.” Jon muses, looking over the walls of the crypts. The faces of his family surround him, once only his grandfather Rickard, his Uncle Brandon and his aunt Lyanna were recognizable to him. Now they’ve been joined by his father and brother Robb. “But these are my family - by blood if not by name, but why did you want to come down here?”

Closed Starter-Brienne and Daenarys

Brienne had observed Daenarys during the meeting in the Dragonpit, but had not interacted with her due to all the drama between Cersei and Jon Snow. However, now that they were waiting for an answer from Cersei, she had been summoned to stand before the Queen. She bowed in front of Daenarys, feeling even more awkward than usual. 

“You asked to see me, Your Grace?”

“I hate the Lannisters as much as you do.” Robb says. “But the North remembers. Your father killed my uncle and grandfather. Your brother kidnapped my Aunt Lyanna and ultimately resulted in her death. Tell me why you would be any different. Why should the North follow you?”

“So your the Dragon Queen.” Arya muses, sliding Needle back in it’s scabbard and looking Daenerys Targaryen over. “I’m Arya Stark, Jon’s youngest sister.” She doesn’t bow, but continues looking over the other woman, her clothes are ill suited for the North. “Aren’t you freezing in that?”

“Sorry ‘bout ‘er, she’s jus’ excited. We don’ get many visitor’s except fer Jon. She’s a ‘alf wit, don’ know no different.” Ygritte says, looking over her shoulder at the blonde woman. “Yer tha’ fancy Southron Queen all the North’s been talkin’ about aren’ ya?”

Bran watches his brother - cousin really he supposes - retreat back into the castle leaving him alone in the courtyard with Daenerys. He turns his eyes to the Queen and looks her over. He can’t help but be struck by how much she looks like Rhaegar - hopefully she acted more like him then her father. “You’re quite like Rhaegar aren’t you?”
