Describe a way that will earn affection (whether platonic or romantic) from them.
One of the ways to earn affection from Claire is to prove to her that one won't give up, regardless of the circumstances before them. Since she's never given up, she expects others to not do the same. The reasoning behind this is that her own tenacity is what made her try her best to get through the worst part of her life when she considered taking the easy way out multiple times. She rose like a phoenix from her own ashes and reformed into the woman we see today. Therefore, if one's able to do this, they will earn her respect as well as the honor of potentially being someone she'll focus her efforts on.
Describe a way to make them uneasy or apprehensive.
Honestly? Unless if you're someone she knows well, don't comment on how attractive she is. She does not want to be reduced to her body. She nearly commands one to respect her mind and her thoughts instead of reducing her to a slab of meat. If one doesn't do this, then she'll regard them as an idiot and not want to do anything further with them. Her body, to her, is nearly a temple and she wants it to be respected as such. Vain? Possibly, but she doesn't really do much with her looks. She likes covering her body up with baggy clothing and doesn't like to do much with her hair, if at all. It's what she prefers and won't do anything to change it.
Are they prone to violent outbursts or thoughts?
Violent outbursts? Not at all. If she loses her composure, then the other person knows that they managed to get under her skin, which is a possibility that she wants to avoid at all costs. Now, violent thoughts? It's a given with how destructive the Estrie is. There are times that she envisions tearing someone up verbally, especially if they're acting like an idiot. But, does she act on those urges? No, because they're not who she is and aren't true to her character, which is something that she wants to remain constant.
What are their creative outlets?
Claire's never been an artistic person since that's always been Emilien's territory. However, creativity is not just limited to writing, drawing, or composing music. For her, it's the way she'll arrange gifts in a way to be memorable. If she notices that someone's been lusting after a book that they don't have the money for, she'll get it for them and present it in a way that will leave an impression.
Do they tend to rely on words or actions more?
Is there a certain scent that brings about nostalgia? If so, describe a memory this scent brings back.
It's vanilla. Her parents' house always smells like vanilla because of all the baking her mother does. Even if her mother is pushing ninety years old, she's always making sweets for her family. The scent of vanilla brings happy memories to the forefront of Claire's mind during holidays and when she felt like she can finally relax. Her mother's sweets are the thing needed to make her happy, no matter what. In addition, when her mother learned about her vampirism, she willingly makes sweets with blood in them so that Claire can enjoy them just like she used to. To Noelle, her daughter is still her sweet bundle of joy, regardless of the change she underwent.
