Oz au- when he was younger, Sonic hated the thick leather gloves and and heavy water proof shoes and big sun hat Chuck had him wear everytime he went out more than anything.

It was needed for his protection just in case he got splashed with water or it started raining so he wouldn’t get burned, Sonic knows that but it doesn’t stop him from hating it

His Uncle Chuck always wanted sonic to be careful but sonic didn’t wanna be careful! which was why he often came back home after a day of adventure with all his safety gear conveniently lost in the woods

Oz au- Chuck n Sonic

Chuck was a blacksmith and hobbyist inventor who lived in a cottage near the east of Oz. He found the little guy abandoned in the woods alone while getting firewood and took him in, and ever since doing so Chuck’s workshop has caught on fire multiple times

Whenever Sonic got upset or threw a tantrum he had to be put in the fireplace (You can bet that Chuck saves money on fire wood with this little troublemaker)
