How would canon triplets feel if they meet genswap triplets? I feel like Dewey would geek out over the cool eyepatch until he finds out what happened with Dad Dewey. And probably would feel pretty weird about being the parent of his mother and uncle.
Boy, I actually started an idea like that once, I even wrote a little piece about it (my English was terrible back then tho). Wait, I wrote two!
Yes, Dewey would think the eyepatch on his older version is cool until he gets to hear the story behind it. And although yes he'd feel a little weird knowing he's Donald and Della's dad in this universe, his main concern would be the fact that he was the one who drove the family apart for a joyride in this universe. (Little Della also has a hard time learning she was the responsible for that in the show's universe).
For Huey, if by one hand he feels honoured to have Donald's role here, all the admiration and love for his uncle and everything Donald did for them, by other hand... His heart breaks learning the way his older version got into a fight with Scrooge and then Louie before walking away with the twins' eggs. Just to imagine fighting with one of his brothers like that hurt him.
And Louie... Canon Louie would just look at Gen Swap Louie's tired as heck expression and go "What ever happened to you?!", to what my Louie would answer, "Believe me, kid, you don't wanna know. Just... enjoy childhood while it lasts okay?". Canon Louie doesn't dare ask anything else, he just hopes whatever happened to that older version won't happen to him in the future.
