RENT Culture

So, my friend and I are doing an ELA project on the hero's journey of Roger from Rent. We needed somewhere to work, so we went to Dunkin' Donuts. We couldn't just sit there without buying anything, but there was a problem: we only had $1.02 between us. We ended up buying a bag of HORRIBLE potato chips, but we justified this saying that we were immersing ourselves in the culture of RENT to better understand the character.

So my friend and I went to Dunkin' Donuts to work on an ELA project about the musical RENT. We smartly forgot to bring money, and to immerse ourselves in the culture of RENT, we payed for a single bag of chips using loose change we found on empty tables.
