Wilson has an unnamed other brother in canon other than Daniel and say we assume that brother has kids.
I just like the idea of Wilson being some strange 8 year olds zesty/strange uncle that's always busy but brings nice gifts and sometimes brings this weird tall guy with a cane who teaches him how to peel a person with a butter knife
they go the hospital, right? and house asks wilson wants him with him when he sees his brother, and he says no. then I look over to my mom and excitedly ask, "I wonder who they got to play his brother?" and then.... nothing?? we never see his brother, ever, after they made a fuss about it for a full episode. that's the one thing that I hated about house is that there are like one or two other plot points like this that are mentioned a whole bunch, but that they never follow through with
but yes, uncle wilson gets them the newest tech/toy of the year and the kids all love it, but is brother(s) (and more so the wife I think) are always sorta concerned that their kids keep getting all these new toys that they have to keep up with. it's either that or a hundred buck each
