An incident with an acid spewing monster left Yu Kong with a rather unorthodox hairstyle for their time period. Despite this, he wears it with pride, and the result is fashion and hair styles being a bit further along than real world timelines.

The Queen, Xiu Laling, or Amah as many commonly refer to her as, was the first of all the heavenly beings. She was born of the Earth's magic, creating life and protecting it when needed.

She soon grew bored and lonely, and so created the first Faunians; as they multiplied across the planet, she had to create other gods in order to help manage and protect them, thus she created Yu Kong and the original Jin Chan.

Other immortal beings sprung up from numerous places, either bowing to or fighting against the Heavenly Trio. One of which currently sleeps beneath the mountain of a far off island....

Babu Jin's body is newly formed magic and as such it's still malleable and as a defense mechanism he can lower his density.

Mostly when he's grumpy and not wanting to do things, much to Uncle's frustration... but theres always one surefire way to settle him into sleep.

It goes away as he ages though
