I don;t understand how an artist like Katy Perry can release such a beautiful, elegant, emotional song/ music video like “Undconditionally” then turn around and spray whipped cream from her breasts in whatever music video thats from.

I figured I would break this music video out again since it's almost time for Lent. For Catholics, Lent represents the forty days and forty nights Jesus spent in the desert facing human temptations. Lent is a time of reflection, penance and (for me, personally) spiritual spring-cleaning.

God's love is unconditional, so I knew exactly what footage from The Bible I wanted to use when I did my cover of Katy Perry's "Unconditionally" song last year. 

I deliberately did not try to directly copycat how she sang it-- I prefer to sound like myself when I sing covers. Sometimes that means I may match what the original singer did, but sometimes I'll go my own way with the dynamics or how long I hold a note. I'm saying this because someone once commented that they weren't that impressed because I didn't sound like Katy Perry at all. It's because I wasn't trying to! Her voice is a lot more powerful than mine, so I have to use the delicacy of my voice to evoke a different sort of power.

For me, my power lies within the knowledge that God loves me, and I'm reflecting that love to the world like a beacon. The hearts on my hands represent Christ's nail wounds. Hands can be really expressive!

Lastly: I wore a tube top, I wasn't naked! XD

this guy ( Bryson Andres ) is absolutely amazing. violinist have this charm to them that i absolutely adore. i love this song and i love how he plays it.
