I don't have the actual leaked code and data tables an stuff but I remember every leaker reading the file as some variation of "the prism shoots bullet and has scaling based on the level of the forlorn lotus"

and before I'd get confused about that but now that I've had quite the time to think about it, I think that his burst might operate similar to Yelan/Xingqiu's?

If anyone knows where I can find the leaked files then I'd be willing to look into them and try analyzing more

For those who care, I AM trying to write an update for matched, but I keep getting distracted because the scene I'm on is just proving troublesome.
