How stupid do people think I am? Honestly, like I use Jellyneo and I check the TP and the Shopwiz at least 5 times over before I ever accept an offer that isn't pure NP. The internet spoof, 'Under Offer', has scenes like an agent bursting in on a naked couple in bed while showing a potential buyer around a house, then smirks to camera: ‘That’s not the husband.’

And the all-too-plausible snobbish asides: ‘We are a representative bunch from all walks of life. There’s a guy in the Balham office who went to a state school.’

Naturally, some viewers think the film is a real documentary, and some real estate agencies are just a little upset about it.

And someone from Hollywood is bound to be buying the rights for this.
