This is Angler Sans from Underabyss (wip au).
His au is set in a deep sea-type "underground" as all the monsters are fish-like that can survive in dark area waters.
His canon height is 5'.
His eyes are closed most of the time but he isn't blind, he just choose to keep them closed. His eyes pupil are purple when using magic (perserverance).
His "rod" glows in the dark like an actual anglerfish.
