Undercover! Deku Headcanon
I know this isn’t even a little original,, but I can’t stop thinking about it....
~Evey thing is almost completely canon up until the sludge villain attack, but Deku and Bakgou have a less tense relationship (Trust me, there’s a reason for this)
~Someone else was watching the attack, and All Might isn’t the first person to approach Deku after the attack.
~Sir Nighteye has been following a small group of villains and has the bright idea to recruit this small, brave child.
~There are 10 months before the entrance exam, and Deku spends all of them perfecting the art of lying and learning all he can about the league of Villains
~Finally, right before the exam, the league of villains reach out to him. He agrees to be a “Spy” at U.A, all the while reporting it back to Nighteye.
~Deku’s in the hero course, and ho boi is it hard as fuck to lie to his friends faces all the time.
~What makes it worse is straight up lying to Kacchan, who not only has had his back through the years, but K N O W S that Deku is hiding something, cause while Izuku has been training for 10 monthes, Bakugou has known the little nerd for years
~Keeping secrets from both Villains and Heroes is fucking hard, thank you very much
~Deku is still very much quirk less in the AU
~Big Brother Miro loves his small but strange little brother.
