Sans and Papyrus?

Sans' hobbies include napping, taking walks around the Valley, and stand up comedy at Grillby's Bar in the desert. He prefers savory foods, you can find him at Gus' grill during the Valley Fair eating burgers. Otherwise he'll eat some sweet things with coconut in it.

Papyrus is so overworked he doesn't have time for hobbies. Work is his hobby. He's got a Valley to protect and an Underground to speak for- he's the ambassador after all. When he does get a moment to actually rest he'll hang out with Undyne to spar or watch the surface world's anime with her and Alphys. He's a very picky food eater, but I'd say he'd prefer lightly sweet things with pleasing textures.

Who are Sans and Papyrus' friends?

Sans is friends with Gus, Marnie and surprisingly Demetrius. Maybe even Shane when Shane isn't being a grouch.

Papyrus is friends with Caroline, Abigail, Sam, and while Sebastian would never admit it because he's an edgelord he is also friends with him.

Is there anyone else in the entire cast who's aro and/or ace?

Krobus is definitely AroAce, as is Papyrus.

I don't know why but I always got the vibe that Maru might be asexual. Just seems so smitten with technology and robots instead. (But in SDV she does have kids with the Farmer if you happen to marry her so maybe I'm reading too much into it.) I might just head-canon that she is honestly.

Emily always struck me as aro because up until the 1.1 update you couldn't marry/romance her and she always seemed uninterested in local romance. I'd like to think maybe she still is as there is frankly an appalling lack of LGBTQ+ representation in SDV. (While Krobus is great and I platonically love my best buddy, I don't think he counts because he's a monster and falls into that unfortunate trend of LGBTQ+ characters being only non-human in media.)

I might need to think a little more on Undertale characters but I'm pretty sure MadMewMew is AroAce as well. She's got a business to ambitiously run so I don't see them doing much in the way of romance or relationships.

Short snippet from Underdew Papyrus' heart event I'm working on between art. 🥺👉👈 It's written like a game scene:

The Farmer walks into Papyrus’ kitchen to find him sitting at a kitchen table working on something. He will look up and notice the Farmer entering the kitchen, greeting them enthusiastically in all caps. He’ll ask if the Farmer is there to see Sans or Undyne. The Farmer is given four choices to respond, Sans, Undyne, Papyrus, or they’re just looking around. Selecting any of the choices will not affect Papyrus’ heart level.

Selecting Sans he will tell the Farmer he is not there right now but he could probably be found skullking- nyeh heh heh- about at Grillby’s grease trap bar in the desert.

Selecting Undyne he will tell the Farmer that she isn’t home right now, but she’s probably watching Mew-Mew-Kissy-Cutie with Alphys at the former royal scientist’s home.

Selecting that they were just looking around Papyrus will make a dubious expression, pausing to stare at the Farmer suspiciously, before exclaiming that it’s very rude to enter someone’s house without knocking but that since they’re the friend of the great Papyrus he’ll let it slide.

Selecting Papyrus he’ll make googly eyes briefly, before aheming and regaining his composure, exclaiming that of course they were here to see the great Papyrus! He radiates such charm and impressive magnetism that people just gravitate to him!
