I made a Papyrus OC, this is Stressato. His life is falling apart in a number of ways. He's not related to Anxiety Sans/Anx, but I think they'd get along.
(I know the drawing's a bit lazy but this is a character from a Roblox roleplay, so the art is more of a concept than a design.)
Stressato is from a normal timeline, he has a normal Sans brother. He does not remember timelines in his own AU, which is absolutely for the best.
He has a tendency to completely shut down when under extreme stress- he curls into a ball, surrounds himself with a stronger than usual bone shield, and disappears into his own mind. It's very hard to get Stressato out of this state.
He does have some friends, he's still The Great Papyrus after all! He's very close with Swap Undyne.
I might write about him or actually draw him with effort, we'll see. I doubt this post will get enough traction for this to happen but if anyone wants to draw him please ask me, I can make a significantly better reference.
