Plot: An innocent question from Princeps Frisk leads to Queen Mother Toriel recounting the story of when Nib visited the UnderKeep AU and managed to deal with kings, knights, court ladies, and vampires, all while wearing a princess dress.

Comic sneak peek

I know I mentioned several months ago that an UnderKeep comic was something I was planning, but I had put this project on hold because of art supply reasons. Anyway, I just purchased a new pen today, hopefully that would enough to last me for a few more comics. 

I know I had posted a sketch before of what I was working on, but here’s the full set of sketches.

The vampire Mettaton is not part of the AU. It’s actually a fandom trend that started 2017 and peaked at October 2017 (because Halloween). The only spoiler you’re getting about this is that he’s gonna be the BBEG of the story.

Also, I only now just totally realized I forgot to draw in Nib’s royal shoulder sash and pin. (The sash is supposed to be burgundy, the pin a green emerald in a silver 4-pointed star setting).

Hey guys! How y'all doin'? Me, I'm prepping for the new year. I haven't yet figured out what story I'm going to work on next for the new year, so I ended up working on some design rough drafts for the two stories I had in mind.

First image is raw design draft for "Valse de la plume" (Nib meets Underkeep!Mettaton), which is a completely new story. I expect this to be a  lighthearted one-shot short work (one that will involve poor Nib walking around in a poofy princess dress).

Second image is raw design draft for "Deviancy" (Nib meets Errortale!Mettaton), which is actually a retcon of an older story I've told before. That being said, it is a more serious and significant piece of work, with a lot of action (particularly robot-vs-robot fighting in NEO form) and brings about some character development and ties in with some other stories I have in mind. 

Remember, I'm still taking suggestion until January 1 for which story I should work on first via comments, asks, or messages.
