Some information about my Underlust Rewrite!

To start this off, I am going to bluntly state that if you do not like Underlust, don't interact with this post. Thx <3

Anyways, some basic information about what I am changing:

Most, if not all, problematic items are going to be removed (incest, non-con, CP, etc.)

Mettaton and Papyrus will not be romantically involved, but they will have some sort of relationship with each others

The monsters will NOT be weird towards children. (They actually find Frisk fascinating, due to the little children they see, and give them free candy if in shops :3)

Frisk and Chara are both around 13-14 and will NOT be sexualized.

Off the top of my head, this is all it. I will edit this post if I think of more things! Thx!

congratulations @zirkkun on your 1000+ followers! your style is so polished and clean, and you put a lot of efforts into your comic; no wonder you achieved this!

i have to say that this was very fun to draw! but the background was a real pain- i don’t draw complex background often so i hope it doesn’t look too junky

Undertale!Gaster - He'll do his best for you, but not exactly the most serious of people. Given the situation, he definitely isn't going to be cracking jokes of any sort, but that also eliminates his usual go-to method of cheering people up. Instead, Gaster will try to focus on seeing you express what you need to, and reinforcing the fact that what happened needn't define you. While that's easier said than done, and he recognizes that, it's at least one step forward to realize that and truly take it in. Additionally, even though Gaster isn't particularly fond of physical contact, he'll make an exception for this case if you're more the type who prefers hugs during serious and emotional discussions.

Underswap!Sans - He goes through a series of emotions. Shock, anger, sadness, and disbelief, all within the same second directly after you start telling him. After realizing he hasn't said a thing, he'll pull you into a hug and tell you everything's going to be alright. If you don't like the hug, he'll back off, but that isn't going to stop Blue from telling you every compliment and positive he can think of. For every bad moment you can remember, he'll bring up something good that's happened since then. Blue knows it's hard and knows you're hurting, but he wants more than anything for you to just feel happy. He'll do everything in his power to make sure you feel happy, safe, and comfortable, and he'll probably spend the rest of the day dedicating his time to you. If it's night, then he'll even do his best to sleep at your side if you'd like, despite his difficulty with sleep. But it isn't about him today.

Underswap!Papyrus - This is news he wasn't really expecting. Then again, it really isn't news anyone's ever expecting. He's a little late in reacting, not really sure what he should say, but he knows he should say something. Swapap sort of awkwardly offers a hug, unsure of what else to do, as he listens to what you have to say and gives you a shoulder to cry on if you need it. There isn't much he knows to say -- he's not the best at being reassuring for serious situations like this -- but he just offers his day up to spend it with you, either just relaxing and taking a nap or two, or spending it at Muffet's eating until you can't anymore, or anything else you'd like to do. It's not the best help and he knows that, but he wants to do something to ease your mind off of things.

Underlust Reimagine!Sans - why me? why come to me? It's not like he knows what to do about this. But, at the same time, he understands the severity of your situation, and just allows you to dump everything on him without argument. Ace doesn't know how to help. He's never dealt with this before so... he tries his best. He definitely knows that his touch aversion doesn't help the situation -- and even still isn't willing to give you a hug, if for nothing else not to bother you more with his problem -- but if you really need some sort of physical contact, he may cave and let you hold his hand or something else minor like that. Ace isn't good at cheering people up, but he can try to act as a place to vent to. It's the least he can do.

Underlust Reimagine!Papyrus - He's nervous. He doesn't know what to say. He's dealt with this before, but... Duo never really learned what to do. He may even start crying himself while trying to comfort you, though he'll deny it despite the tears dripping down his face. He won't say anything about it aloud, but he'll wish more than anything else he could have been there for you so he could have prevented this from ever happening. Duo is much more of the type to hold you close and tell you that it'll be alright because now you have great friends like him! But he knows words don't repair everything instantly, even though that knowledge kills him inside, so he'll definitely be there for you as often as he can to make sure you're as happy as you can possibly be at all times.
