Sorry, not sorry… Haha. This was so hard to finish, physically and mentally. Physically, bc it took me 5 months to finish (kept getting distracted), and mentally, bc every time I tried to draw, I would just start crying. Don't even get me started on how I could not draw Papyrus at all. (That's why he kept changing art stylesyou, lol) This is an idea that has been stuck in my head for a while.

I will turn this into an AO3 story one day. When I finish my other fics (Cough Cough), I’m doing 3 at the same time rn.

Here is the synopsis for the story: After promising Sans that there would be no more resets, Frisk broke the button. Life was wonderful until Papyrus died, which happened when he dragged Sans to a monster rally. Nothing would ever be the same again. Sans's soul cracked under the weight of his grief. When they moved into a mansion together, Undyne and Frisk wanted to make Sans smile again. While rummaging through old belongings, Undyne found a machine and thought it would be a good idea to cheer Sans up, especially since he loved science, much like Alphys. However, before she could inform Frisk, she accidentally tripped and activated the machine. This brought different versions of Sans and Papyrus to their world. Would Sans break even further from seeing different versions of his brother still alive, or is this what he needed to break out of the grief?
