In the land of underated MC's this man is King!
The beat, the hook, the lyrics, the video... there is nothing I don't love about this track. After his recent Collaboration with Ed Sheeran, Mikill Pane continues to go from strength to strength. It is surely only a matter of time before he begins to get the plaudits that some of his less deserving peers receive.
It would be easy to align Mikill Pane's work with those of Akala and Lowkey, but in my eyes he is far better. The things that are missing from both of those MC's mentioned are Charisma (If i didn't hate the word so much I'd call it "Swagger") and Humour, and Mikill Pane has them both in bucket loads. Rather than being preachy, he is observational, this allows you to work out for yourself how you feel about what he is saying and you're own viewpoint.
"Have you been in a fist fight? because this guy couldn't dance and put his elbow in your chicks eye!"
