Immediately Shizu made himself comfortable, bundled up close to Hibiki with his head resting on the human’s shoulder. So much better than trying to warm up by himself.
"Thanks, Hibiki," he mumbled contently, turning his head and leaving a little thank you kiss on the brunet’s cheek. He could remember many cold winter nights spent alone, huddled in every blanket the house held and still feeling the bite of freezing temperatures, but now that wouldn’t be a problem.
Hibiki smiled, turning his head and gently kissing the Shadow's nose in return. "Don't worry about it, Shizu..." he hummed softly, snuggling against the yellow eyed male. The brunet sighed, gently pressing his lips on his Shadow's cheek as the same memories came to mind. The winters had always been cold in this house but now he wouldn't worry about it.
