[Private Message] Erik, I take it that you have, ah, experienced these changes that have been imposed upon us regarding lab and work space hours? Dreadful thing it is; locking up the labs simply because of their half-hearted attempts at 'power saving initiatives'. Nevertheless, has it been the thorn in your side like it has mine?

Jervis. I have to agree that these new restrictions have become quite a problem for me recently, as well. Not to mention that I find the whole idea completely ridiculous in the first place.

Anytime is Teatime (Jervis & Charles)

Charles packed up his laptop and left the library, taking the steps two at a time. He made good time getting to the cafe, humming lightly to himself. It had been a while since he'd had the chance to pick anyone's brain about their research, the last person being, well... Anyways. He pushed open the door, and upon a brief inspection of the room saw a young but extremely properly dressed young man practically trying to press himself into the wall. He waved at him, assuming he was the elusive Jervis. He had seen the other man around before, once or twice, at lectures and such, but they had never spoken. There were a few rumors about the nature of his medical leave that were... worrisome, to say the least, but Charles had long abandoned the rumor mill. He purchased his tea and went to join the young man. "Hello, I'm Charles Xavier. You must be Jervis," he said, holding out his hand.
