I’ve always loved architecture where there is one opening after another continuously down a single passage way. I’ve lived in Egypt and have taken a hundred photos inside and outside ornate mosques, palaces and temples, loving every single one I’ve ever seen. This day I got to take one on the grounds of the Taj Mahal in Agra, India. Leaning in the first opening, posing perfectly for my Instagram moment, *click, click, click* “One of these poses has to be good enough!” I actually had to hurry, because getting a shot without people in the background is the challenge. . I love these old deep rust colored walls. Aging yet ageless ~timeless, just like me. . I’m in the moment, yet back in time. . I don’t even know what I’m feeling, so I just open to experiencing. With every step, I keep my awareness here and also way back when; and want to soak in anything that is available to me. Weaving my way through these multiple entrances, never an exit, only continuous discovery into the next and next and next. . Wow, continuous discovery, like walking from one dimension to another, each one leading to the other. Separate but all one at the same time. . It’s mind boggling and I just want to lose all logic, knowing this physical structure is a space holder of now, the unseen past. I know there is something here and long to capture in my mind’s eye, because naturally I am making profound connections with my soul stirrings as part of this time travel experience. . . “Travel, like dreams, is a door that opens from the real world into a world that is yet to be discovered.” -Guy de Maupassant .
