Undertale
Romantically, I pair you with Asgore. You’re both very sweet people, and I can see you two bonding over time. It would take some time, but he’d at some point develop feelings for you. Since he’s a bit of an introvert, you two would probably spend a lot of time hanging out at home. He’d pick up a few hobbies, such as baking and knitting, so he could give you homemade gifts!
Platonically, I pair you with Papyrus. He’s very friendly and kind, and would happily try to help you out of your shell. You’d have to gently explain that you’re not a huge people person at some point, since he’d want to take you all over the place, and he’d try to be understanding. You’d probably end up friends with Undyne too, it’s a duo package.

Romantically, Papyrus! He’s a laid back guy, and an introvert himself. Pap is a flirt, and loves making you flustered. He’ll go on walks with you, set up movie nights in the livingroom, drag you into cuddles, such and such. He’s loyal, and does his best to make you happy. The only problem is his depressive episodes. The best thing you can do is support him through them, and give him space if he needs it. He’ll adore you if you can do that for him.
Platonically, I think Undyne would be a good friend for you! She’s a bit shy, but very passionate about her interests. She loves human kids, and would happily come visit you and the children. She’ll gladly invest herself in your interests and try to bond with you over them.
Underfell
Ooo, this one’s a bit tough. The underfell monsters are very rough around the edges, so it would be tough to have a healthy relationship with one. I’d say your best bet is Asgore again, as he’s not too bad. He’s very regretful and traumatized from the death of his children and the exile of his wife, but not aggressive. You’d have to get him to warm up to you, as he has trust issues. Once you win him over, expect lots of hugs and attention. He’s very overprotective and doesn’t want you to get hurt. He might be a bit overwhelming with his frequent calls to check in on you, but give him time to see you’ll be alright. He’ll slowly start calling you less, and trusting you more.
I think Frisk would be a great friend for you. They’re very shy, but once they realize you’re not going to hurt them, they’ll cling to you. Frisk loves cooking, and would want to involve you in their life. They’d draw you pictures, make you cookies, invite you to dance recitals, etc. Frisk didn’t have a good home enviroment, so they might come to see you as a motherly figure.
