Well, funny enough even if you haven't had sex with Coffee yet, he'd still say yes to this. See, Coffee is very tired of being in the virgin club, especially since he's the last one in his sorta little group of friends (Wolf, Money, Stretch), and is tired of Money teasing him about it. Just as the other skeletons can make feminine ecto despite most of them identifying as male (Wine and Black are genderfluid!) Lissa who identifies as female can make masculine ecto.

Black normally is a dominant person, he enjoys being the one in charge when it comes to sex and is a bit of a sadist. At times, he can be convinced to sub but it's rare and even then he still feels a semblance of control because he can be a bit of a brat.
When he's in heat, Black becomes an absolute submissive. He's a whiny, sobbing mess who can barely stop crying to relieve his symptoms.
