Can you draw babybones Sans and Papyrus, please?
Bam!
Babybones in Underfell
I can’t believe I’m still writing this what the heckity. I hope your lungs are ready @silverryu25 cause there’s just more babies and mildly worrying inferences to be made here. Hope ya’ll enjoy!
Rounding the small structure he saw that whoever was in there, seems to have had the fort built around them. The door was small, barely big enough for a toddler to get through, and positioned high enough that it likely wasn’t a door at all, rather a vent to cycle stale air out. There was a preciseness that he’d come to associate with his brothers work, though unless papyrus had added caring for the other stripes to his list of self assigned work, it couldn’t have been him. Peering in, all he could see was bundle of different colored cloths barely smaller than the space it was in. After a moment there was a flash of bone, as a hand smaller than sans had seen in many years made itself out of the bundle to bump at the ceiling of its enclosure, only to quickly retreat back into the warmth of the blankets. The movement had caused the little skull to become visible, showing a babybones that couldn’t be more than two years old, if even that. Sans could feel his resolve slipping, a baby that small wouldn’t survive out here long at all. Before he could come to a decision he felt the sharp smack of a stick against his leg and spun around, bones forming in a half circle around him as he looked for the source of the attack.
Standing a few yards away from him were the eyes from earlier, looking out too warily from their skull for a kid their age. They weren’t wearing nearly enough clothing for the snowdin weather, and were scuffed and scraped as if they’d been getting in fights near constantly. The kid looked hardly old enough to summon any sort of coherent magic, but was standing with the stick raised up, ready to continue his attack if necessary. His bones were tinted, looking as if he might be running a fever in the snowdin chill.
“GO AWAY”. The little skeletons voice wavered, but he stood firm. When sans made no move to leave, the skeleton waved his stick at him and said again, “GO AWAY. LEAVE HIM ALONE”.
Fucking hell. On the one hand, this kid doesn’t even look old enough to be in school, and leaving him and the baby out here would be a death warrant. On the other, he’s already got papyrus to worry about. Studying the kid closer, while he’s scuffed up, he also has a lot of far too precise marks on him. And the way he’s holding that stick doesn’t bode well for his skill with it.
“This kid yours?”, sans gestures behind at the snow pile without moving an inch. He’s watching the kid closely for any sign of violence, but the stick only lowers slightly and the barest expression of hope flashed across his face.
“HE’S… HE’S MY BROTHER” The kid lowers the stick to the ground, but it still watching sans warily, likely because of the ring of bones still standing between the two of them. Sans lowers the barrier and waves the kid over. “Welp, com’on then, he ain’t gonna last long in this snow.” With that he turned around to scoop the baby out of the snow, and started toward town, trusting that the kid would follow. Sure enough, a moment later he heard a scramble of little feet through the snow.
and ya know, please leave a comment if you enjoyed! There’s a part 3 and 4 already in the works, but the creation beast always craves validation
Tibia honest i am really enjoying drawing these skellybones XD
Okay, you’re all saved from Jerry for the moment, since I have people that are good at getting my mind buzzing to different things-
