AND THERE WE ARE! This is the fastest I’ve managed to beat Undertale with the True Pacifist ending thus far. Vanilla run, no glitches, no turbo controls, no messing with the game whatsoever. I could probably shave off several minutes if I do it again, I mucked around a little too much, but I’m still fairly proud given it’s my first attempted “speedrun” (pff) with no notes. Couple of notes (with spoilers) below the cut!

I rushed around so much, I completely forgot about Alphys’ boxes and was BEWILDERED when I couldn’t find a single box in Hot Land - aka no spider donuts ._. I’m a moron.

Speaking of boxes and items, I didn’t pick up the dagger in New Home out of habit, and it took me a second to realize I was fighting Asgore with JUST THE STICK. Yeah. Also, no pie.

So yeah, Asgore killed me, but that was my first and only death during Neutral - sans was full of himself at the resort, let me tell you.

DIDN’T DIE ONCE ON OMEGA FLOWEY yeeeeeah~~ (keep in mind, I can’t dodge for shit, this combat system is the bane of my existence)

Could have mapped out the True Lab better, it was muck-around-city in there

Beat my expected time of 150 minutes though, so that feels good!

Is it faster with a game pad? Possibly.

Completely self-indulgent, but playing Undertale is always fun! I might nuke the save and try for an even better time - if you have any notes or tips, please let me know :>
