“I’m not cute, idiot.” A snort followed words while he leaned in close to bite into the others lip; a grin spreading across his face. “Yeah, work can wait.”

      “You’re right you aren’t cute. You’re adorable.” He let out a chuckle when Shinichi bites his lip, “Anything can wait for you.” It was a little awkward, but he tried to kiss Shinichi, even while his bottom lip was captured between the other’s teeth.

                         “ You smell funny ---” the phantom cat called from behind a tree, the SNEAKY PREDATOR having followed an AMUSING scent into the park. “I don’t really mind a little rain — and it seems like you do, so I figured you might you appreciate the umbrella more than I do.” The hood from Io’s jacket allowed most of his hair and face to remain dry, although a few raindrop beaded along his bangs and eyelashes ( unfortunate, but tolerable ). 

A grin danced across his lips, however, as his gaze shifted from the other’s face to the darkly overcast sky above. “I suppose this is more than a little rain, though, yes?” He hadn’t anticipated it, yet a quiet laugh escaped him; still, he was at least more prepared than his current companion.

Sliding his free hand into the pocket of his jacket, Io hunched his shoulders slightly to ward off the damp chill. “My name’s Io, by the way.”
