Cherish thinks that the world wants her dead, and she’s more than happy to arrange that, really– but it seems that there are other plans for her, first.
CHERISH ME NOW follows as, after the death of her grandmother, suicidal teenager Cherish Savard is forced to move to her mother’s sleepy hometown of Heaven Township, Michigan, where she plans to not really do much of anything except for that one very, very final Thing: her own suicide. That is, at least, until she learns about the disappearance and alleged suicide of Trevon Carter, and realizes that Heaven might not be as sleepy as she thought it was.
This is more than a small roadblock in her plans, but Cherish decides that maybe solving a murder might be a good way to go out on a high note.
