Merry Christmas!
Have a very Merry Christmas everybody, here’s something to boost the Christmas spirit a little bit. So I wrote a little, peaceful prompt.
In this magical time, everything is possible. Oh, that a little bit cringe, well you understand once you read this prompt.
Villain hurried down the street, holding the bag in a firm grip. Snow was falling down and the wind was freezing and a warm fire at home was exactly what they needed. Just enjoy the evening, with something warm and maybe a good movie.
But they stopped to when they saw someone cry on the other side of the road, so they walked closer. “Are you okay?” Hero looked back at villain and nodded. Desperate to wipe the tears away, all in wane, because they couldn’t stop cry. “Haven’t you somewhere to be?”
Hero shook their head, “I’m not welcome at home.” They seemed to be crashed when they admitted that, “I really screwed up this time.”
Villain laid a comforting grip on their shoulder. To bring hero home was something didn’t want to do, but for the goodness of the season, they had no choice. “I’m alone this Christmas until you figure your stuff out, I have a couch you could lend.”
Hero analyzed villain properly now. They didn’t recognize villain, not without their suit and mask. “Are you sure? I could figure something else out.”
Villain smiled soft and helped them up on their feet, “there’s no need for that. I might even enjoy the company.” They got a smile back, for the first time hero smiled a genuinely happy smile to them. Maybe because they didn’t recognize them, hopefully, they would know either. “I was on my way home, no one should be left out in the cold on Christmas.”
Hero followed them back to their house, “hardcore Christmas decorations.” The house could light up the street and it reminded of a winter wonderland.
“Family tradition, I simply trying to keep it alive.” Villain answered and showed hero inside. “You can wait in the living room while I start with some food, right that way.” Pointed to left, they walked forward to the kitchen. Putting on some Christmas songs and happily started cock. The little they used to buy to themselves, they now could share with hero.
“Do you want a soda or sparkling water?!” Villain asked hero while they walked into the living room, just to see hero look at their suit and the mask fully visible. “Hero…”
Hero gestured for them to be quiet, “is this a trap I stepped right into?” They were angry, “if it is, it’s really low to get to me while I’m vulnerable.”
Villain knew they had forgot something, “it’s not a trap. I didn’t plan this at all, it’s a coincidence.” They took the suit and the mask and throw it in the nearest closet, “I had planned to put that away. To enjoy Christmas without any interference.” Then they lit the fire, “I’m not the villain you need to worry about on this holiday.”
Hero calmed down, sighed and hid their face in their hands. “This day becomes worse and worse.”
Villain turned to hero, “you could be outside and cold. I am pretty sure there is a worse way to spend Christmas.” Hero looked confused, villain had never seen hero like that. “I didn’t know you were engaged.” Hero played with the ring without looking at it.
Their glassy eyes were what made villain softer on hero, “yeah. I thought… Why do I tell you this? I need some air.”
Villain stopped them, “careful. There are villains who wouldn’t think twice to get you right now” hero nodded and walked out, villain sighed. So much for a peaceful Christmas, “damn it.”
Hero sat in the snow, “hero. I know you didn’t want this, I didn’t expect this to happen either.” Villain froze a lot, “I don’t want you to get hurt.”
Hero turned confused to villain and they blushed when they realized what they just had said. “I didn’t mean… I didn’t want you to be alone that’s all.” Hero was coming closer and villain wasn’t ready for this. “I think the food is ready and you could tell me what has happened.”
Hero stopped in the middle of a step, “in your dreams. But maybe if you tell me why you celebrate Christmas alone.” They walked by them and villains rolling eyes was probably enough as an answer, “so you do this every year?” Villain nodded, “I always thought you planned something big.”
“No, I do that in the new year. Until then you’re safe, after that, I am the same villain you always knew.”
Hero looked troubled, “well, that’s a few days at least.” Then they hesitated before the table, with lited candles and it left hero even more confused. “I… This is weird.”
Villain sat down, “what? I like it this way.”
“I don’t know if this is better then captivity, it’s definitely the weirdest Christmas ever.” Hero sat down and once again hid their face in their face, “nothing is going to be as usual again. I probably single by the end of this year.”
Hero took some of the food and actually enjoyed it. “Stop being so negative, just enjoy the free time hero.” Villain said and it seemed like hero agrees to that a little bit, and was about to. “Merry Christmas hero.”
“Merry Christmas villain.”
